Habitat for Humanity International houses are sold with no profit made. Homeowners contribute "sweat equity" and house payments are recycled to build additional houses.
DeConstruction

Habitat's first Deconstruction project in 2011.

The Campbell University Football team, lead by Coach Oscar Olejniczek and Assistant Coach Andre Fontenelle, volunteered with Habitat for Humanity of Johnston County on a deconstruction project in Princeton.

The house being deconstructed had 11 interior doors removed.  These doors will go to our Clayton ReStore for resale.

Carpet, which shows no wear at all, was removed from several rooms.

Students removed nail from kitchen cabinets, both lower and upper, which were reclaimed in support of Habitat for Humanity of Johnston County.  A double-sink and countertop were also reclaimed from the kitchen.

The team also removed window screens, a bathroom vanity and sink, toilet, and molding.  All items showed little sign of wear and will sell in our ReStore very quickly.

In addition to Coach Olejniczek and Assistant Coach Fontenette the following students volunteered with Habitat: Jeremy Taylor
Erik Feliciano
Jan-Quil Jackson
Brandon Stegall
Will Sawyer
OJ Oates
Charles Johnson

James Hanblin
